I have not been feeling sick or stressed, but my Oura ring showed me ‘minor symptoms’ a few days ago and my body temperature has been elevated since - as well as my resting heart rate. Stress levels are through the roof. Resilience is going down.
Unfortunately, I forgot my ring during a short trip, so I’m missing a few days of temperature records.
I have never seen stats like this during my luteal phase before. This is still my first cycle since IUD removal. I have always ‘collected’ all my crowns for months and I haven’t gotten a single one since this started.
