Good Guys with Air Conditioning at Goettl

Businesses acquire other companies to expand their operations. According to a news update released for the first time through Business Press Vegas, Goettl Air Conditioning is joining the companies making a plan for expansion. They are talking about joining forces with HVAC, a family company from Southern California. There is no announcement of how much the deal is worth.

Integration and Expansion

According to their crunchbase page, Goettl Air Conditioning currently has locations in Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas. Expanding towards California will be a big step. Todd Longbrake, the owner of Walton’s, could not open the new locations without some help. He did everything he could for the business, and expanding it as much as it was possible at the time.

However, companies need to change if they plan to grow. Stagnation kills off new business options. It doesn’t attract new clients, and some serious investing is necessary both from the financial side and the human resources aspect.

Goettl Air Conditioning was interested in this deal in 2015, but back then Longbrake was not sure about this move. It took him some time and research. He also heard positive things about Ken Goodrich, the owner of Goettl, so Longbrake decided to go for it and accept the deal.

The company is now bigger and stronger than it was. Longbrake himself now works as a sales manager and field supervisor. It is a new role but one he has taken on splendidly. He is a good leader, and Goettl is pleased with how well he assimilated into the company and his new role.

Goodrich said that Longbrake is emerging as a leader within Goettl. They did not announce the acquisition before ironing out any difficulties and marketing issues. They wanted everything to be as smooth as possible and that sometimes includes restructuring of marketing and operations.

Both companies follow a similar set of values, and it will strengthen their market position, encouraging growth. Goettl Air Conditioning employs more than 300 people, and the acquisition will add another two hundred workplaces in Tucson and Phoenix.

They have their biggest markets in Arizona. Goettl Air Conditioning want to become a brand known throughout the country. The ambition is to expand adding locations in California’s north and Texas next year.

It is already a brand people trust in their prime locations, so working in new spots is exciting for the company and their CEO. The teams are client-oriented, and their values are reflected in their business ethics. Visit the website: goettlshdm.com.
